Political Ad

I think that this is a good political ad because it shows the level of thought put into these types of ads. Now, not only are candidates mudslinging each other, but now they are mudslinging those who they associate with. By doing this, they can now say "if you don't approve of these people, then you shouldn't approve for this candidate," which I think is bogus. You are voting for a candidate, not for the people they hang out with on the weekend.

A very interesting ad. But what is most interesting is your reaction to it. I wonder how many others had the same reaction.

I believe to some extent with the idea that: you can tell a lot from a person based on their friends....my issue is these people are not exactly Obama's friends. McCain is trying to use the tactic guilty by association. This actually was a pretty big deal during the primaries in May when Obama was linked to Reverend Jeremiah Wright at least in the Right wing conservative world ie: RUSH.
